Bertha Lee

... (She/Her) is a film and television professional and writer from the Greater TKaronto/Toronto Area. She was a top 100 finalists for the Verity Bargate Award in 2017 for her play 'You Can't On These', about being Cantonese. Rest assured, not all her jokes are puns. She completed her MA in Dramatic Writing at Central Saint Martins, Drama Centre London. She works as a Production Manager as well as a Director. Bertha served on the programming committee for the Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival and has been part of films that have screened at the Toronto International Film Festival, and broadcasted on major networks like HGTV Canada, TVO and more. Favourite book at the moment: Ways of Being by James Bridle.
